Meet at the studio at 10:30 for an energizing vinyasa practice, setting the mind and body up for a unique experience.
13:00 Break for a wholesome vegetarian organic lunch.
14:30 Choose from one of the following activities:
- Introduction to meditation: Learn to meditate following simple mindfulness principles. You don't have to stop thinking, be able to sit in lotus or stand on your leg. If you can breathe, you can meditate!
- Practice mindfulness with horses: horses live in the moment, they communicate without talking and help us understand how to develop assertive body language, by reacting to how we stand and move. This workshop doesn't involve riding, but moving with horses on the ground. It is suitable for complete beginners and all level of fitness
- Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage: experience complete relaxation as qualified massage therapist Muireann use forearms and hands in a dynamic flowing rhythm all around the body, to increase mana (power) and release blockages.
16:30 Complete the day, with a hatha yoga practice and meditation practice.
